We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinarian to join our friendly and well-established team at Rochedale Vet Surgery.

This is a full-time position with flexibility to suit the right candidate. Hours can also be adapted to a part-time or casual arrangement if preferred.

You'll be joining a clinic known for its high standards of care, positive team culture, and long-standing connection to the local community.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a vet who’s confident in both routine and more complex surgeries, has solid diagnostic skills, and brings a friendly, team-focused approach to patient and client care. Bonus points if you’ve got experience with ultrasound, orthopaedics, advanced dentistry - or a great sense of humour!

Structured Clinical Workflow:

Appropriately scheduled consultations with well-planned days that allow routine cases to flow efficiently while ensuring more complex consultations are given the time they need. Our schedule allows adequate hospital time to properly work up cases, protected admin time for patient follow-up, and realistic surgical schedules from admit through to discharge. We don’t overbook, and our team is supported to make sound clinical decisions with patient care and staff wellbeing as the priority.

Modern-Facilities:

A long-established practice with decades in the community, Rochedale Vet Surgery moved into purpose-built premises in 2022, featuring four consult rooms, two operating tables, digital radiography (including dental), Mindray ultrasound, IDEXX in-house pathology suite, and RxWorks with numerous integrations to support efficient workflow.

Collaborate with visiting specialists in ultrasound, cardiology, orthopaedics, dentistry and more.
