Meet the Support Team

Lizzy Giglio

Operations Manager

Image.jpeg

Lizzy started her career in science with a Bachelor of Conservation Biology in New York, followed by a Master’s in Tropical Biology in Townsville. A “temporary” job in a Tasmanian vet clinic turned into 10+ years of nursing across Tasmania and Brisbane. She joined Judhar as a locum in 2023, before stepping into a full-time support role in 2024 and becoming Operations Manager in 2025.

A self-confessed efficiency nerd, Lizzy thrives on streamlining systems, solving problems, and building behind-the-scenes tools to make clinic life easier. She’s passionate about supporting teams through better workflows & client comms - and recently added a Grad Cert in Web Development to her skillset.

At home, Lizzy is supervised by two delightfully odd cats - M'lady, a long-haired drama queen with main character energy, and Luna, a strange little gremlin who lives for butt slaps, vacuums and chaos. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Lizzy camping, scuba diving, lifting weights at the gym, or getting way too invested in a video game.

Steph Wallace

Administration Support Officer

Steph has been a veterinary nurse for over 24 years and has been part of the Judhar family since 2007. After many years on the clinic floor at Northside Vet Care (where she became a client favourite), she moved into a support role in 2021  - and we haven’t looked back since.

From helping with operations and accounts to being the go-to for questions, morale boosts, and a good laugh, Steph brings a special mix of empathy, straight-talking clarity, and seriously underrated comedic timing to everything she does. Her ability to connect with others (and make them feel heard) is truly a superpower.

At home, Steph is kept busy by Lenny - a whirlwind of fur and chaos - and Cinnamon, a tiny feathered dictator with a flair for mood swings. When she’s not helping clinics, you’ll find her off-grid camping, hiking national parks, hanging out with her two teenage daughters, or sharing good food and bubbles with friends.
