Judhar currently has various opportunities that would be desirable to either a Senior Clinician or a relatively New Veterinary Associate looking for a sea change. Brisbane is a beautiful Australian city on the East coast where you can readily access the Great Barrier Reef and fly to all other Australian cities and attractions. Brisbane’s population is approx. 2M people, so it is big enough to have all metro activities like restaurants, theatres and nightlife, but small enough that traffic is not as woeful as it is in Sydney. Judhar is a group of ten privately owned small animal clinics located in the greater Brisbane area. The clinics are founded and directed by a husband-and-wife team, Dr Judy Harbison and Andrew Beattie. Judhar has grown over the last 28 years into an environment of passion and care, creating an incubation environment for growth and excellence.

​What we are looking for:

  • A Veterinarian with a minimum of 2 years experience

  • High clinical standards and a capability to perform routine and more complicated surgeries independently and efficiently

  • Diagnostic and treatment skills to manage common medical problems.

  • A willingness to provide outstanding customer and patient care

  • An ability to problem solve and to work as a sole charge vet when required

  • A friendly attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best patient outcomes.

  • Ultrasound, orthopaedic and advanced dental skills are a bonus but not essential.
