We’re seeking an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a Clinical Director position.

This is a unique leadership opportunity within our well-established and growing veterinary group, with the flexibility to tailor the role around the right person.
​
We recognise that the ideal Clinical Director role looks different for different people, so we’re open to discussing a structure that aligns both with your strengths, interests and long-term career goals, as well as the needs of our clinics and teams. This may include opportunities for single-site leadership or leadership across multiple clinics. ​

This is a practical, clinically focused leadership role where you’ll still spend the majority of your time doing what you trained for: practicing high-quality veterinary medicine, supporting your team, and helping shape a positive clinic culture.

​About You​​

We are looking for someone who:​​
​
Has several years of clinical experience​
Enjoys mentoring and supporting vets
Leads with positivity and professionalism
Is passionate about delivering compassionate patient care
Wants to help shape clinic culture and clinical standards
​
Previous leadership experience is a bonus, though not essential.
What matters most is finding someone with the drive to support their team, foster a positive clinic culture, and help lead high clinical standards.
